Pörc Bisztró & Delikát

Jenő Kocsis hails from a multigenerational butcher family so if anyone knows the secrets of quality meat inside out, it’s him. Pörc Delikát opened 10 years ago in Balatonkenese and has been renowned from the get-go for the owner’s hospitality, great coffee, and the eponymic “pörc” (pork greaves).
The small shop has soon outgrown itself; today, it is filled with artisanal products from producers in the Balaton region. Greaves are still fried afresh, most of the meat comes from their own processing facility, and they prepare everything they can by themselves. The bistro was added to the small deli a few years back, focusing on the house’s quality meat products and the fantastic bistro dishes based on them.
