Niki Golyán and her partner, Attila Nagy were dreaming of a place in Fövenyes where they can enjoy themselves together with their kids, friends, and guests. Then they realized this dream.
Everyone loves to hang out at Kalóz, and the delicious dishes and the proximity of the beach both intensify this feeling. Niki and the team have done away with the classic beach buffet fare of lángos and fried hake, and proceeded to create a new style: the beach bistro. They are constantly evolving the cuisine of Kalóz hand-in-hand with chef Sándor Pál. Niki and Attila believe in the concept of “Balaton all-year-round”, therefore, the doors of Kalóz are open both in the winter and the summer.
