Niki Golyán and her partner, Attila Nagy, dreamed of creating a place in Fövenyes where they, their children, their friends, and their guests could all feel at home.
They’ve succeeded—everyone loves to linger at Kalóz, thanks to the delicious dishes and the proximity to the beach. Niki and Attila uniquely redefined the concept of a beach bistro. Together with Chef Dani Dávid, they are constantly innovating the Kalóz’s culinary offerings to provide authentic dining experiences year-round. Niki and Attila believe in Lake Balaton’s four seasons, which is why the Kalóz’s doors remain open to guests in winter just as they do in summer.
