John’s Pub: Wine and Kitchen

The restaurant has been representing quality gastronomy on the western shore of Lake Balaton in Keszthely for more than a decade. John’s Pub offers unique food and a special atmosphere, whether it’s a family lunch or a business meeting.
Their aim is to use local ingredients and to create dishes that reflect the flavours of the Lake Balaton region. Under the guidance of owner Zoltán Joó and chef István Szekeres, the dishes are prepared using both traditional methods and modern gastronomic techniques. They believe that gastronomy is not just a meal, but an experience that brings people together and strengthens community. During the Taste Balaton festival, one of their main goals is to showcase the diverse and rich flavours of the region.
