Győző Dobosi and his brother, Bálint, are still actively involved in winemaking—and even in cultivating the vines. In 2020, they opened the Estate Center, where several four-star rooms await guests, right at the foot of the family estate. A few years ago, they made a complete transition to organic farming; they produce only organic wines, and in their restaurant, under the leadership of Chef Attila Brunner, they serve fresh bistro dishes based on seasonal ingredients. The restaurant was built with a beautiful view, practically at the foot of the grapevines.
