Year after year in Balatonfenyves, Gabi Szikra has proven that one can create marvelous dishes even in a tiny kitchen on a busy Balaton beach.
To the delight of her returning guests, together with her partner, Gábor Renczés, they opened an all-year gourmet restaurant in Fonyód in 2021. Named A Konyhám Stúdió 365, this gem of a place serves dishes that are delightfully plated, imaginative, and colourful. The menu includes Hungarian courses as well with the usual twist characteristic of Gabi. A Konyhám Stúdió 365 has been awarded the Michelin Plate.
